This saturday May 3rd will be the national day of action for immigrant rights hosted by No One Is Illegal. Please please please come out and show support for immigrant rights, and to demand an end to deportation and status for all.
If you're lacking motivation to come out on the rainy day that it is sure to be, just remember the words of Augustus Spies - the anarchist executed for the Haymarket affair that originated May Day - who, moments before he was hanged, yelled out:
"The time will come when our silence will be more powerful than the voices you strangle here today!"- ah if only I could manage such eloquence at death's door. Maybe hedge will?
This May 3rd manifests and reverberates the spirit of those early anarchists. Even if it is almost certain to end without bomb throwing and jail sentences.... Too bad i know... Though marching in the rain may well feel like a pretty grim sentence.

while rainy weather may not directly affect you and your blogosphere, you and all the readers of this site should know that i, a committed "may day" reader/supporter, and awareness-raiser (look it up, assholes), have to depend on the weather-projections, as i taught a group of richmond hill operatives, to overcome this prgblem.
